Information you provide

When you submit a quote, contact, support, pickup, partnership, career-interest, newsletter, or chat request, NDE stores the contact information and request details you choose to provide. Required fields vary by form and may include your name, email address, service selection, and message. Optional fields may include company, phone, location, and a shipment reference.

How NDE uses information

NDE uses website submissions to review requests, respond to visitors, qualify service or partnership opportunities, manage follow-up, protect the website from abuse, and maintain an internal record of the conversation. Newsletter contact information is used for NDE updates after consent.

Chat assistant and voice input

The guided assistant keeps its draft in your browser tab’s session storage so you can move between pages. NDE receives the displayed conversation only when you consent and choose Send to NDE. Voice input is optional and may be processed by your browser’s speech provider. NDE does not store the audio; recognized text is shown for review before submission.

Cookies, analytics and browser storage

The chatbot uses session storage for an unfinished draft, and essential authentication or session technology may be used for protected staff access. Google Analytics remains disabled unless NDE configures it and you select “Accept analytics” in the website notice. If accepted, Google may process device, page-visit and interaction information under its own privacy practices. NDE uses analytics to understand site traffic and measure call, email and quote-request actions; it does not use this permission to read the contents of your inquiry.

Retention

General website inquiries and related staff notes are retained for up to 24 months after the last recorded activity, unless a longer period is needed for an active customer relationship, contract, dispute, legal requirement, or security investigation. Career-interest records are retained for up to 12 months unless the person enters a separate application process. Newsletter signup information is retained until the subscriber asks to be removed or NDE ends the list. Short-lived rate-limit records use a one-way client hash and expire automatically after about 20 minutes.

Sharing and access

Website submissions are available only to approved NDE staff through the protected staff dashboard and to service providers used to operate the website or deliver authorized email notifications. NDE does not sell website inquiry information. Information may be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect NDE, its customers, or the public.

Security and customer references

The website limits request size and submission frequency, checks for automated spam, and restricts staff records to approved accounts. Shipment references are stored with the inquiry for staff follow-up and are not included in public pages or email notifications. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Keep sensitive information out of public forms

Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, driver’s-license or government-ID numbers, dates of birth, bank details, payment-card information, medical information, or sensitive documents through public forms or chat. NDE will provide an authorized process when additional documents are required.

Your choices and questions

You may request access, correction, or deletion of a website inquiry, or ask to leave the newsletter list, by contacting customerservice@nationaldeliveryexpress.com. NDE may need to verify the request and may retain information when legally or operationally required.
